100 Days Left: Are You Going to Act Like It?
Frazier's No B.S. Weekly Insights

Always Forward: This Week’s Message
Here's something that might wake you up this morning. If I'm being really generous, we probably have about 100 workdays left in 2025. So here's my question: are you going to act like it?
Let’s talk about urgency. When people hear "work with urgency," they think it means running around like a crazy person. They think chaos. That's not what I'm talking about. Real urgency is about treating every single day like it matters. And here's the truth about that: it does.
The reality is that August 6th, 2025 only happens once and only happens today. This day is unique, so don’t rinse and repeat your day, instead rise to the special nature of the day.
We act like we have forever to build our businesses. "I'll update my database next week." "I'll call that referral partner tomorrow." "I'll start that new strategy next month." Meanwhile, those working with a sense of urgency right now? They're doing the work today.
The market doesn't care if you're comfortable. It doesn't wait for you to feel ready. It doesn't care about your schedule or your bad day. It keeps moving whether you're on board or not.
🔊 Press Play on Growth
Growth Notes: Take A Look In The Mirror | Ep. 226 - In this episode of Growth Notes, Frazier cuts through the noise and gets real about what’s actually holding most people back, themselves. It’s the internal doubt, fear, and limiting beliefs that sabotage progress before it even starts.
The MLO Project: Struggle to Success w/Chris Lamm | Ep. 28 - In this episode of The MLO Project, Michael sits down with Chris Lamm for a raw, real-world conversation about what it takes to thrive in this business over the long haul. Chris shares how he broke into the game at 17, how he weathered the 2008 crash, and what’s kept him leveling up ever since.

Stop Getting Robotic AI Responses (Here's the Fix)
You know that feeling when you ask ChatGPT for help and get back something that sounds like it was written by a committee of robots? Meanwhile, your colleague is getting responses so good they look like they came from a $500-an-hour consultant.
Here's what they're doing differently: they're not just asking better questions. They're teaching ChatGPT who they are first. Most people skip the personalization settings completely. They jump straight into asking without properly introducing themselves. But deep in ChatGPT's settings is a goldmine most users never touch.
Go to your account settings, find "personalization," and fill out the custom instructions. Tell it your name, what you do (be specific), and how you like to communicate.
Want my pro tip? Hit the "skeptical" button. It makes ChatGPT push back a little, ask better questions, and give you consultant-level advice instead of just agreeing with everything. Your AI assistant should know you as well as your best business partner does.

🤯 What I Have Learned
Real urgency isn't about working harder. It's about working like every opportunity has an expiration date, because most of them do. Before you put anything off this week, ask yourself: "What happens if I wait?" If that answer makes you uncomfortable, then you know what to do. Do it now.
Have a great week and remember, Always Forward.
