Do You REALLY Know How To Value Your Time?

Frazier's No B.S. Weekly Insights

Always Forward: This Week’s Message

Time is the great equalizer. We all get the same 24 hours. The difference is what we do with them.

Here are two questions that will change how you think about your day: Do you value your time? And does your daily schedule actually reflect that?

I see this disconnect constantly. People tell me they value their time, then spend 30 minutes scrolling social media in their car. They say there aren't enough hours in the day, then have two hours of random conversations about nothing important. They complain about not having time to prospect, then spend an hour reorganizing their office.

Look, I'm guilty of this stuff too. But we need to get real about this disconnect. If you truly value your time, your calendar should look drastically different. Your conversations should be shorter and more focused. Your activities should have clear purpose. You should be saying no to things that don't move you forward.

Success rewards people who use their time wisely. The market doesn't care that you tried hard for two hours on meaningless tasks.

📰 What’s New?

The Growth Lever Most Businesses Ignore

Here's a gut punch: 89% of consumers check reviews before buying, and 66% say they're the number one influence on purchasing decisions. Yet 9 out of 10 happy customers never leave a review.

Meanwhile, angry customers are writing bad reviews all day long. If you're not engineering the ask, your haters are literally writing your story.

You don't need 10,000 customers to get 100 reviews. You need 100 customers and a system. Here's how to build one:

Stack your incentives. Make leaving a review a no-brainer for everyone involved. The customer feels good, your team gets recognized, you get five stars.

Use reciprocity. Send customers a text saying "Bob left you a 5-star review, mind returning the favor?" It flips the dynamic and works.

Time your ask right. Hit those moments that matter - first purchase, anniversaries, milestones. That's when people actually want to help you.

Make reviews visible. Stop hiding positive reviews at the bottom of your website. Put them front and center where people can see them first.

In a world that trades on trust, you need other people to speak for you before you can speak for yourself.
